Important Reminders for Parents

  • Communal Supplies: Many grade levels request specific items (like tissues, disinfecting wipes, and paper towels) to be delivered to the student's advisement teacher for shared classroom use.
  • Individual Materials: Students are expected to maintain their own personal supplies, such as pencils, pens, and binders, throughout the school year.
  • Connections Requirements: Some elective classes, such as Band, Chorus, and Orchestra, may have specific instrument-related needs that will be communicated directly by the teacher or at the start of the semester.
  • Subject-Specific Items: Please pay close attention to requirements for specific subjects like Math (calculators), Science (special notebooks), and World Languages.

If you have any questions regarding these lists, please contact the school office or reach out to your student's specific teacher via email.

Daily Schedule & Important Times

To ensure a smooth and productive day for all our Bulldogs, please note the following key times and procedures:

Morning Arrival

Breakfast Entry: Students who wish to eat breakfast at school may enter through the bus loop entry starting at 8:20 AM.

General Building Entry: The school building opens for all other students at 8:30 AM.

Early Entry for Clubs/Tutoring: If your child needs to enter the building before 8:35 AM for a club or tutoring session, they must have a printed pass (digital passes on phones may be accepted but not via a chromebook) from the sponsoring teacher. Without this pass, early entry won't be permitted.

Tardy Bell: The school day officially begins at 8:45 AM. Students arriving after 8:45 AM will be considered tardy.

Afternoon Dismissal

No Changes After 3:15 PM: For the safety and organization of all students, we cannot accommodate student checkouts or transportation changes after 3:15 PM. Please ensure any necessary arrangements are made before this time.

Field Trips and Club Fees

We're excited to offer a variety of field trips and club opportunities throughout the school year! Here's how payments work:

Payment Methods
Cash or Check: You can send cash or checks directly to the teacher leading the field trip or club. Your child will receive a receipt for their payment.
Online via Infinite Campus: Once the fee has been applied by our bookkeeper, you'll also have the option to pay online through Infinite Campus.
Grade-Level Fees
Some grade levels may choose to combine fees for multiple experiences into a single, annual payment. Your child's teachers will provide more details if this is an option for their grade.

Important Notes on Fees
No Early Refunds for Unused Fees: If a fee is applied in Infinite Campus for an experience your child doesn't participate in, or if you paid in person instead of online, the fee will remain on your account until the end of the school year. This can be confusing at first but please rest assure the fee will be removed at the conclusion of the year.

Club Dues: Dues for specific clubs and student organizations can be paid using the same methods outlined above.
